Letters of Inquiry in one of four grant categories must be submitted to the EEJF by 5:00 p.m. CST on Nov. 15. EEJF backs projects in investigative reporting, professional development, youth education and special opportunities, defined as “innovative projects that address an emerging need in journalism.” More information can be found on the EEJF website. Grant amounts vary depending on the scope of the project.
