The International Public Television Screening Conference (INPUT) is a global meeting for public broadcasting professionals to exchange ideas for media in the public interest. By screening and discussing outstanding programs from around the world, INPUT says, it builds an intercultural and international media network that encourages the development of public-service broadcasting.
Next year’s INPUT will be May 6-9, 2013, in El Salvador. Deadline for consideration of entries from the United States is Nov. 9.
South Carolina ETV manages the U.S. INPUT Secretariat. For instructions and guidelines to enter your public media film, TV show or interactive, visit its website. For more information, contact Amy Shumaker or Betsy Newman at SCETV.
