The fellowship is a weeklong seminar program held in Bangkok May 12–19. Dart is seeking applications from two-person teams: an editor and a reporter from the same news organization. Broadcast and online reporters, as well as print reporters, are eligible to apply. The application deadline is Feb. 18. More info is available at the Dart Center’s website.
