The Pulitzer Center for Crisis Reporting, along with international NGO Internews, is overseeing the fellowships for working journalists outside the U.S. who have had little international exposure. Women and journalists from developing countries are strongly encouraged to apply. Radio reporters have won in the past; one of the fellowship’s 2011 winners was Shaheen Buneri, a Pakistani radio journalist who reports for Radio Liberty. The deadline is Feb. 15.
