The Chicago Digital Media Production Fund is awarding grants to innovative video projects in all genres, provided they are filmed within Cook County, intended for online distribution, not promotional in nature and committed to a message of social change. Filmmakers can either apply individually or through a nonprofit. More information is available here. Deadline is March 15 at 11:59 p.m. Central time.
