The Association of Independents in Radio and media-arts nonprofit free103point9 are offering a ten-week residency to producers interested in collaborative work.  AIR is specifically seeking “adventurous media-makers, artists, and documentarians” who propose projects that blend various forms of media in unique ways. The spring 2013 residency will include free housing in Acra, N.Y. (near the Catskills), and the selected team will receive a $10,000 stipend as well as access to broadcast studios and a research library.  Deadline is Nov. 14.
