		<description><![CDATA[Interesting article and perspectives.  One thing not mentioned is how basic membership relates to planned giving.  On a regular basis, OPB receives significant planned gifts from people who otherwise are very small donors.  Sometimes their loyalty is best measured not in the size of their gift, but in the longevity of their giving.  And, with some frequency, you be surprised how that loyalty of a small donor translates into a large bequest.]]></description>
